Well, I finally got the nerve to turn this bad boy. Lots of pieces to grab my skew. Stabalized about a crillion times with CA, but not tear outs! Editing needed.......the blank was made by Neil (wolftat), sorry for any misleading.:redface:

Sometimes there just isn't enough of one type of wood around to make a blank like this so I see you came up with a great solution. We may now have to call you RocknRollerBob. Pen rocks.

Gee Bob, are time so tough that you can't afford a single piece of wood to make a pen? You have to glue scraps together? Who would want a pen that lookas like that?

Woops!............Guess I should read these comments a little closer. I did not make this blank, it came from Neil (Wolftat). He is the herringbone guru. Sorry if I mislead in anyway.:redface: But when I do, you can bet your bottom dollar everybody will know!!:tongue:
