Hi Guys
For those who read the Bummer thread, this is the pen that I was working on at the time Its my second Euro pen and the wood is Dessert Ironwood.
Had a bit of a disaster all round with this one. On the first run I turned the bottom half too slim ( too many slimlines ) Didnt want to possibly wreck the mechanism and nib by trying to force it apart. Then had a brainwave( rare occourance) took took mechanics, nib and one tube from a slimline kit and turned a new bottom half. Added the Euro top and we have the pen you see above. I will now Turn another slimline top and attach it to the original bottom half thereby saving a blank and kit. Well you know what us canny Scots are like. we dont like waste
