Her first acrylic pen

A fairly new turner in our turning club asked me if I could help her with her first acrylic pen. She had been turning only wood but had purchased an acrylic blank and it was for a secret Santa gift.
I gave her an acrylic 101 and she practiced on a cut off from another blank. She did an outstanding job on this pen! I sent her home with a few blanks and a pen kit from my stash.
