Although Ive been a member for a year now this is my first post.

I thought you guys might be interested in some of my work.

This fountain pen was made from Damson recycled from a tree grown in my garden that was cut down due to being diseased. The two parts of the pen body have aligning grain when closed. The case was made from the same tree branch.

Dumb question for the day: did you use a high speed router to gouge out the channel for the pen?

I wish he would answer this question because I have not been able to do that without burning the ends of the channel.
