Hi,

Well the this is my first go at turning anything non-wooden! Its a Guinea Fowl dyed Yellow spots from JohnU as part of the the Bash-It-Ob-Box swap thingy! So thanks to him, as I'd probably never have tried a PR as soon! Also havent seen anyone showing off his Guinea Blanks and thought I'd show one off for him!!

Second, is a Honduras Rosewood Burr form WolfDancer, on Black and Gold Ti. Stunning wood, not many eyes, but great figure that goes with and across the grain! Will definitely be trying some more of this!

Cheers PHIL

Looks Great Phil! It appears you had no problems at all with PR. Nice pens. :)

Cheers John!

Helps the blank was well made I think!! Scariest part was milling the blank to size! Then jus sealed up the milled ends with some CA!

Thanks for the blanks again, off to do the pheasant feather one tomorrow!

Fantastic pens Phil, great pictures apart from seeing your ugly mug in the metalwork! LOL

Cheers Mark, noticed that after id taken them! Its the crummy light at the moment, normally use more of an angle, but had to shoot right on top of them as the light was so dim, even at middday!
