Guess the wood?

Well I messed up the title and forgot to change it. Not a mystery wood
I made this for my wife with a custom center band of ebony. The wood is Hickory and I had to do some filling of cavitys and still did not get them all but loml says it adds character. I like the style for me kind of European but smaller. Any and all comments welcome.
