I had originally turned this blank a couple weeks ago. But after doing the final inspection i noticed several small chatter marks from the chisel even after sanding up to 2000 grit and buffing.

So yesterday i re-sanded the blank again until i got all the marks gone, rebuffed it and now it's smooth as butter. I think this green and gold combo looks outstanding! It has some really intense shimmer when rotating it.

C&C always welcomed, thanks for looking!

Nicely done! Sometimes it feels like the most useful tool in my shop is the pen disassembly kit! Russ

Thanks! I actually have a pen "PSI Tycoon" i need to disassemble. It's already put together completely. What's the best way to separate without destroying the parts as well as the blank? I have yet disassembled a kit. I just want to refinish the blank and then reassemble.

Any input would greatly be appreciated.

Great Pen Pitton,
You are converting me with these Zen's,
Since seeing how well they complement each blank you have used, I am coming around.
I must get some, for when the chips begin to fly,
Congratulations.
Brian.
