This is one of the six new old stock bakelite blanks colors I tried this week. Very nice green with swirl. Looks sharp on this kit, I think anyway.

Sure does look sharp! Great fit and finish!

Mike you had to see it in person, I watched him putting it together. It loooooks reeaaaaaaaaally nice. I gotta buy a photography lesson gift certificate for Keith on his birthday to show his pens. His photography........ well doesn't do the pens that much justice. Everything that you guys have seen on line looks way better in person when you hold them in your hand.

It almost looks like green malachite with the swirls.
That bakelite sure polishes up to a slick shine.
Being harder than acrylic it should wear very well also.

Is this your first balelite pen?

No, this is one of many I have done now. And I like to work with it also, not as difficult as people think.
