Grapefruit isn't just for breakfast anymore

Hi All,
I was able to clear some space in the shop along with some time here on a warmer,sunny day.I had purchased some spalted grapefruit blanks from Longfellow here on the IAP classifieds.I paired them up with my first ever Zen pen kit.I like the results.
The finish is BLO/CA,polished with MM12000

I'm afraid I'd have to have one handy to dive into about half-way through the turning process.
