Very Attractive Pen, Glenn.
Striking Blank, Great Fit and Finish.
I am not Familiar with the Aztec Hardware, are the Rings on the Nib and Below the Clip, Fixed Plastic or Rubber, or are they supplied Loose to be Fitted?
Congratulations,
Brian.

Glenn, very striking. Hope your son can keep his hands and eyes on this one cuz at college that pen is going to grow legs and disappear.

The Aztec is the same as the Spartan on other sites. The rings are rubber O rings that come per-assembled. They fit snug in a grove cut in the nib and tail piece. they can be forced out with a bit of a push, but stay snug while writing and normal handling. Not sure if a bit of CA would help hold them in place or not but so far they haven't come out unless I make them come out.

Thanks everybody - I think it's just the dark pen on the white background with the grid, but the second pic has the illusion of the pen bending towards the tail lol
