A month or so ago I got a box of blanks from Maxman400 in the box which was a bunch of native Nevada mesquite was this beautiful experiment Well I finally could justify making another pen for my personal stash so here are some pics of Max's experiment, I think it worked out great. The wood is Redwood Burl, and was fun to turn, Max did a great job on the resin nice and even, no hot spots!!
