Gift boxes?

I made an Amboyna Burl Majestic pen and Amboyna Burl Emperor pen that I wanted to give as gifts but am having a hard time finding a really nice box or display case to present them in.
The pens are nice looking but look a little overwhelming in one of the typical pen boxes from Woodcraft that are around $5 to $10 and don't seem to reflect the effort that went into making the actual pen. (I hope that makes sense)
If anyone can point me to some high end presentation cases or boxes that are more fitting to a large pen, I would really appreciate it.

We have done really well with these boxes. We use etching creme and etch the customer's name in the glass. This process has really been successful for us.
They also carry a really nice bamboo box like these two, but I can't seem to find the link.
