Steampunk meets gearhed................My first attempt at clear casting carbon fiber and miniature gears. I managed to get a few small bubbles entrapped, but thanks to the IAP library, I know what to do on the next one.

Man, those little gears can really fly if one isn't careful bending them. Again, thanks to posts on IAP, I learned about a form and transfer punch for bending them.

Not a high end pen, but sure was FUN :biggrin:.

Dick; Aren't those called " timing gears "? Very thoughtful applacation in joining the two together. Will this replace the fuzzy dice hanging from your rear view miror? Keep up the great work. Jim S
