This is a gator jaw bone from Tkbarron. It is an awesome blank! First one I've done and really like the way it turns. Comments welcome and thanks for looking!

Actually, I had a blow out on the first one. It was my fault, though. I think I was getting too aggressive. Fortunately, it came off in one piece so I glued it back perfectly.

Very nice! Someday I will be confident enough to try one of those.

Well, you only just put this up!

It is a gorgeous pen - the gator bone looks very cool, with the pockets (I assume tooth pockets) filled with resin. Very nice!

Tom, I used about 12 or so coats. There were a few pin holes that I filled but it came out really well. Nice blank by the way!

Great job and good kit selection. How many coats of CA did you use?
