Default French Galalith fountain pen

I haven't made a pen or posted in months. I'm really liking how this one turned out although as I see it in better light I see I have more sanding and polishing to do, especially on the section! It's vintage French galalith(est. from the 1920's to 1930's) and German ebonite for the section and accent pieces and finished with a #5 F Jowo nib. I'd be interested in your thoughts.

Thanks Mal! The blank was pretty slim so I didn't have a ton of material to work with on the shape. I just tried to give it a slight taper at the bottom of the barrel.

Thanks Billy! I'm really happy with the blank and I love that it's survived as long as it has!

I saw that material and passed on it, really sorry I did. Great looking pen.
