I was just fooling around on the lathe , made from Blythe desert ironwood.

Bill, I was trying to turn a piece round and straight yesterday and my piece turned out like your pen, but your pen looks a [}] of a lot better[)][)] thanks for the inspiration, now I can say I was trying to turn a piece like yours.
Seriously that is a neat looking pen.
