Casting has become a lot of fun. I attempted a four color cast to see how it would go. Pink, Turquoise, Purple and Bronze. Let me know what you think. My wife has already given her opinion, and it's quite favorable. This was cast in Alumilite on an Executive.

4 color casting with alumilite. Quite impressive. The color combination is just fantastic. May i ask what pigment you where using.

This one was done with mica powders. I like the shimmer I get with them. This one turned somewhat opaque as well.

Eric I am not sure. I am going to have to ask you to send me one for further inspection. Upon completion I will let you know my final judgment.

BTW that pen in the picture looks great!

I love it. I'v ebeen trying to 6 months to get a tight swirl like that. Did you add the swirl a the gel stage, or beforehand? Is the pen tube well hidden, or did you paint the tube?

This one was quite opaque. I'm trying again and am finding pouring one or two blanks at a time is the key. I have another idea I will be trying next. We'll see how it turns out.

Thanks! What I find funny is that when I threw the colors together, I was trying to build an ugly blank for the ugly pen contest. Then my wife told me I goofed and it wasn't what I was trying for.
