I've made about 15 of these fireman inlay kits for my neighbor and his coworkers. Never measure the tubes as I have about 100 Sierra tubes in a box. Somehow the last 3 I made I grabbed Cigar tubes:mad:. Glued them in with epoxy and never noticed the slop in them. Well time came to turn them and I couldn't figue out why my Sierra bushings wouldn't fit. After debating on trashing them, I decided to see if I could make a cigar with them. I'm not real keen on the lower barrel being white, but I think it turned out pretty decent.

Great save Ernie . I like the white blank on the bottom but if your not happy with it why don't you try a Fire engine Red blank ?
