Ok here is my first zen. The blank is one that we made using silmar 41 (no pressure pot:frown:) Anyway this blank turned out fairly well. A fair amount of pin holes that the dust got into. Tried to use a tooth brush to get the dust out and fill holes with ca. Do any of yall have a trick to get the dust out of the holes to refill them with CA. Thanks for looking, and for your comments,

cool cast, while you mix up your pr, dip the container you are mixing the pr in, in a glass or thing of hot water, this will thin your pr and make it runny.. reducing bubbles. I use this technique and i dont have any pin holes. And i dont have a pressure pot. Your really dont need a pressure pot for casting just plain pr. Put you will need one if you are casting it to anything else, or else it wont bond very well. hope this helps
