Made 3 pens today, two of which I had completely prepped before I realized I didn't have the right bushings for them (I have no idea how that happened.) The antique brass was my first pen using calipers... I think I bumped it on the lower blank. The blue crystal pen was the second. I got the blank from denniszoomy in the PITH (last may?). It is alumilite with silver brilo I formed it to fit my grip pretty decently. Anyway any comments would be appreciated.

Calipers make a world of difference.Variation in the components of+/-.002" make bushings hit or miss sometimes.
