After a couple of major malfunctions and some help from Bruce Robbins, I finally got one to work. The upper barrel was supposed to be a casting as well but it didn't work out. I substituted a leftover piece of caribbean swirl. I'm still working out kinks but I'm getting there. Thanks for everyone's help.

Eric,

I used an Avery 8160 for ink jets. It's a little long and I had to mess with it a lot to get it right. It was still a little long but that trimmed off with the barrel trimmer. I painted the tubes white (learned from my very first mistake). I'm going to try the Avery 8163 and try and print sideways for the next one. We'll see what happens.

Thanks for the comments everyone. Now maybe I can finally move on to the blue flames I was asked about several months ago.
