After seeing all the beautiful segmented pens on this forum, I thought it was time I gave it a try! Not perfect but easier than I thought it would be!

Wood used in blank:
Amboyna
Holly
Ebony
Walnut
Maple
red heart

Regular Chrome Sierra kit

CA finish

I hope you like it!

My first impression is that the blank looks beautiful, but I'm not as keen on the pen. Have you got any more photos of the pen from different sides?

Have to say the blank looks interesting. I too would like to see more sides to the pen. It is always intriguing when a blank gets turned down with that many glueups to see what comes out of it. This one sure is different. Could you share with us your sequence of gluing what???

wow, nothing like jumping in to a zillion pieces on your first segmented pen...

How long did that take you to put together?

Well done, that is a very cool pen.
