Based on the idea rsx1974 had .. Here is my first segmented pen. I tried using the Aluminum idea straight across at the top of the pen, and a couple of angle cuts on the bottom. (I'm pretty happy with this for pen #15).

Best picture yet, keep screwing with your camera so you get all the color you can, I know that pen has more color.
