First Segment

[Timebandit]

Nothing special with the segment. Its a piece of really nice Afzelia Burl the some African Blackwood end pieces. Iam very happy with how this turned out considering all have used was a band saw and my lathe. I dont have a disk sander so i had to improvise on my lathe.CA a finish. 2 thin 8 medium up through MM.

Looks great! For contrast bands, I always use the lathe - it ensures the seam is absolutely perpendicular to the pen.
