This is the first Sedona I have done. I do like the kit even there are bags full of little pieces.

This was the chrome kit.

A question .... the wee chrome spring retainer cap keeps coming loose. Is it ok to put a wee drop of c.a. on the threads to permanently mount it, or is there another way?

Thanks for any suggestions.

Tom,

That is a beautiful pen.
What is the blank used?

As to the loose part...I normally use a very small bit of epoxy instead of CA. There are many that do use CA, but I have just heard too many stories of the CA leaving a residue that mucks up the finish on the metal parts. Also epoxy leaves you about 5min+ to get things put back together.

Thanks for the comments and the tips. I have some Loctite here so I will give that a go. I don't think it will need more than a wee drop.

Kirk, that blank is Coffee Crush and in person it looks 3 dimensional in good light. It is a customer favorite for sure.
