Hi,

Old timer here. Just getting back into pen making after a 10 year hiatus. In my unending thirst for the unusual, I managed to get my hands on a few of Mike Shue's amazing dichroics. They have a reputation for being difficult to photograph. Here is my first attempt at capturing the colors. I know, I need more DOF.

Enjoy, Carl

Just to be clear, these are not a Dichroic Glass, but Opal FX which is Iridescent. Dichroic is a material that shows two colors, Iridescent is a material that shows many colors.

I said it before Carl and I'll say it again. You did good on both the turning and the pics I think.
