This is my first Polaris.
Had to desasemble it because I didn't like the fit and I forgot the clip.[:I]

Went to bed to late last nite because of this pen. [xx(]

It's a Rhodium kit from PSI and the wood is black & white ebony from WoodTurningz.

I love the reflection in the last picture! It looks like your looking at the pen with a pair of binoculars!
The pen looks great to me. Nice wood and shape.

I just completed an order of 6 yesterday. The last one I also forgot the clip and for the life of me I couldn't get the top coupler out so I used a roto and enlarged the hole just enough to fit it over the coupler than thick CA to hold it in place.

No body will ever know....right?..[}:)]

I don't do the "wack" thing anymore for disasembling my pens. I have a piece of oak that I drill just a bit bigger then what ever I want to take out and using transfer puches press the things out. Much better. I can even ajust a transmission if its in to deap.
