http://www.penturners.org/photos/index.php?n=25962 For my father-in-law's 80th birthday:eek:. He is a big big Bronco fan so I made this out of blue and orange acrylic from Exotics, I think the kit is from them also but am not sure.

Standard finish through mm and then buffed with onestep from PSI. I know the orange section is proud, the blue came out much better.

I will be making more of these. Fun to make :)and a great use for small blanks that we all save for sometime in the future:biggrin:. I will need to upgrade the refill but this one will work for now.

ED; There is nothing wrong with being proud, in life or in the pen world, it's how you handle it !!! I turn many of my pens proud, it gives them a little more dimention I feel. Just don't leave a sharp edge, make it round or angled so it blends in. I'm sure your father-in-law will be very proud of his pen and the fact that you made it. Jim S
