First pens

Here are my 2 first pens I made in my penturning class.

The "correct" shape? lol Yeah, just like the ones I can buy in the store - nothing unique there.

Yes, they are great looking pens, you did a good job but don't be afraid to let your artistry shine.

I know they are "classical" pens, but in the course, we have to make what the instructor asks!!! lol
I'll try to be more creative after few pens

I agree with Skiprat. So many new to penturning go for the wasp look but the straight lines you used are what I think a better design. Great looking first pens.
