So, I'm not at all savvy with pen pics. But I turned this pen today and just felt like I had to post it.

Please keep in mind that I am still wet behind the when it comes to turning. But please, any comments and advice is appreciated.

Congratulations on your First Pen, Bobby.
Please try to keep this pen, and use it as a Gauge of your progress over the Coming Weeks, Months or Years.
With the White against Black background it is a bit hard to tell, How Good your Fit is.
Your Finish looks Fine, but I cannot see any depth of Gloss.
These are mainly Photographic Options, that your Practice and Review will pick up on yourself.
Apart from the almost "Traditional" New Turners "Wasp" Shape this pen looks Very Good.
Well Done.
Brian.

I think it looks pretty cool too. Not too fat either. Nice fit.
:good::good::good:

But as you asked for comments..... ( it's not a criticism :wink: just opinion )

It looks to me that you turned the blank down to a straight tube then tapered just the ends of each blank down to the bushings. I think it would be a slight improvement if you aimed for a gentle flow from one bushing to the other. :wink:
