My first attempt at this Kit. It is a little bigger than I thought. The blank was almost too small. The blank is a Jail Bird Poly Resin from Woodturninz. Comments welcome.

Nicely done. You made an excellent choice on the blank; it matches the kit really well.

It is very much a desk pen isn't it? Kind of difficult to be a carry-pen.

I begin to like this kit a lot, too.

And yes, this puppy likes big beefy blank - at least 7/8", preferably 1".

Wow 2 with stripes in the last couple days. That is a nice looking blank also. It does go well. I I agree these are more of a desk pen because of the no clip and the weight. Some people like writing with them for their size but I find them a bit too heavy. I will continue to make some because they do lend themselves to some unique blank designs as well as shape designs that no other kits can allow. Thanks for showing.
