Ok it is not the first. The first did not work out so well I used the pp at 35Lb pressure and it filled the tubes with the resin (using Charles molds) guess it was to much. So came in a read the post on no pressure casting and whent out and gave it a try and it work but got to thank maxman400
for showen me how to use alumalite. so the pen is below or above somewhere on here.

Cool!! What color tubes are you using under the label?

Yeah, the pressure will push the resin right into the tubes, so you don't want to pump
it up too much. I find 20-25 is OK, some have gotten away with more but I don't
push it.
Don Ward did a great tutorial on casting using the ultrasonic and warm resin. I've been
doing no pressure since then.

This one is gun metal from AS and i have some that are white, and i am not using paper lables they are vinyl self stick. and they do stick you have got to get them stright the first time as they are hard to get off. More to come..

Dan that looks GREAT for the first Try, I was going to call and see how it was going but I got wrapped up in my project.
