Rockb, thanks for the blanks. I think they look great. Big leaf maple burl on an atrax. Wife took the pic and didn't wipe down the pen so it is covered in dust if you zoom in.

Nice and enjoy. I was a BP guy, couldn't stand rollerballs and FPs. Now I use FPs over 90% of the time. I find them a lot of fun and love how smoothly they write. You might get hooked too :)!

Look good. The Atrax was my first FP as well and I love them. I really like that you can swap the FP and roller ball sections and have two pens in one.

Thank you, your comments about the atrax in other posts is why I chose the kit!

Awesome--I think it is a classy looking pen, and all the components are of decent quality. I also like that there are no plastic parts showing. Oh, and you are probably aware that for $3.95 more or less you can add a postable top section if you prefer it. I've not made one yet, but the Triton is a little fancier version of the Atrax.
