First double closed end aluminum rollerball

I made this completely on a wood lathe. I have a collet chuck that really helps when it comes to making these closed end pens.

Did you use your standard wood turning tools as well? and what is it finished with to get that smooth brushed look?

I used the usual HSS tools. It doesn't have any finish, just sanded to 800 grit sandpaper.
