BEAUTIFUL STUFF

Here's one of mine using Dymondwood. Where did you find some?

There is a similar product now being sold by a company called DB Webb Inc. The product is called WebbWood. They claim their PM or Phenolic Medium Density is as good or better than Dymondwood. They sell a lot this product for gun stocks, handgun grips and bow grips for the archery folks. The sales manager told me they have been getting a lot of requests from turners for pepper mill, bottle stoppers and pen blanks and they are beginning to inventory and stock these sizes.

Tried Diamond wood and had some problems with really porous wood and a few vacant spots in the plys. Cousineau Wood Products https://www.cwp-usa.com sells a product called Dymalux that is very fine layers and the resin polishes to a nice gloss. Excellent to work with.
