First DCE

Here's a pen a friend had asked me to do for him. The only parts I used came from an El Presdente kit. (The coupler) It is shateem wood from Israel. He wanted it on the rustic side hence the simple finish and the blunt ends. The center band is a child's size ring. It is in Hebrew and is from Deuteronomy 6:4. Thanks to Richard Kleinhenz for publishing the article that took a lot of the guess work out of making the pen.

Cool pen! The wood looks good as well as the finish. Like the center band ring,makes a great accent. Great job!
