First corn cob pen

This was my first shot at a corn cob pen---the pictures aren't as nice as I would have liked.... Finished with 8 coats of CA and MM to a high shine. Thanks to everyone who offered advice on how to apply and polish the CA. I am working on perfecting it. Chrome cigar kit to highlight the red cob...

The blank was on sale and I was looking for something interesting to try... Turns pretty easily and smells like turning your average acrylic blank.
