First closed end pen. Used Fangars pin chuck (works GREAT). Sain Baron with Aussie Needlewood with sapwood. Nice material.

Very nice. I like the needlewood -- it reminds me of beefwood. It is amazing to me how most Aussie wood looks so similar.

Thanks guys, especially Lance. I really like your profile on your closed ends and used that as a guide when I did this one. That needlewood is nice stuff. Beautiful color and interesting figure. Those Aussies have great wood down there. I might have some extra layin around if someone is interested.
