First Churchill Rollerball

I had a break from several orders I have been working on and tried a kit that I have wanted to do for some time now. This is a cross-cut spalted maple Churchill rollerball pen with sterling silver hardware. I like it alot. What do you think?

I like it alot too!![][][]There is no doubt about spalting is there? It certainly adds an indefineable quality to a turned object

Beautiful pen. The crosscut spalted maple looks outstanding but a little tricky to turn though.

Very nice! Kinda' looks like a natural puzzle pen. Beautiful piece of wood and nicely matched to the kit with great turning/finishing to boot.
