I was shocked at how well this turned out. The million hours of watching youtube videos has paid off. This is the first burl I have done. I am very happy with it.

That is nice. Great kit to really show off the burl too. What kind of burl was it?

Great looking pen! I have been dabbling with some maple burls, but they are not as vibrant as your buckeye burl. I am going to have to try some of that.

Was the blank stabilized?
