First acrylics

Turned these two for my twin girls. They are 9 and they are my biggest fans (they aren't old enough to be embarrassed by dad yet). One of my girls took one of my very first pens into school (purpleheart) to show during show and tell. I get a kick out of them wanting to help in the shop. I let them each pick a blank that reflects their individual tastes.

Anyway these are my first acrylics. I used some 7mm kits that I had on hand (trimline and comfort from PSI). I like how they finished but have to say that I'm partial to wood for myself.

Any comments welcome.

Those are great looking pens.... I can remember when my daughter was 9 I was her hero. When she became a teenager I became an idiot. And stayed that way until she was at least 22. So cherish these few years you will become an idiot before long. :bulgy-eyes:
