My first acrylic attempt. And hopefully getting a little better with the pictures. I should have done this awhile ago. I can see the result of micromesh on a solid surface. I think this will result in a much higher gloss and shine on my wood pens(if can get the right CA finish). Thanks for looking.

Good job on the pen, love that electric blue. I might suggest you find a smaller, more subdued prop though, that mass of black really distracts from the pen.

Acrylics can be fun/interesting & most women like them better than wood. Easy to finish with wet MM & Ren. wax. No other finish necessary other than Ren. Wax. Have you tried Corian?
