Default Firewood Pen!

I was driving home the other day and noticed a place selling firewood. It was 86 degrees and I don't even have a fireplace, but I never intended to burn any of it. I believe it is Silky Oak.

Unique grain. Good title for any pen using wood saved from the woodpile and fireplace.

Very nice! I like the grain. Often times I thought about buying firewood but wasn't sure it would be stabilized enough. I guess I'll have to give it a try.
