Another piece of bowling ball that I got from Alice. This is one of those that doesn't straighten well, so I mixed up a little epoxy and added some red and yellow coloring and filled the cracks.

That's the only color combo I have seen that goes well with the satin gold. Pretty cool...hot looking.

Thanks, guys! I guess I'm hooked... at least for the time being. I just can't stay out of the shop and keep trying new things. It's easy with the wife down in Texas for the summer though. []

Looks great Billy. I think a black kit would have knocked it home, but the Satin Gold works ok too.

Thanks again, everyone. Anthony, you have to heat up the bowling ball pieces and then clamp them to a board to straighten them out so they can make pen blanks. This one doesn't just straighten out, it cracks, so the cracks had to be filled.
