My GranDtr's husband is a Fireman, and now going to be a FireFighterMedic. He is also an ex-Marine Sgt. So I thought this might be an appropiate pen for his graduation.

To all that asked about he label. Picked up the pattern off Google. Put it on Pecasa. Used Avery.com to print it on "shipping label" CLEAR. Turned the Buckey blank, sanded 400 and 600. 3 coats of thin CA. Hand sanded the blank with 12,000 MM just to smooth the blank a little. Peeled the clear decal from the label, and stuck on the blank. The next day put on 10 coats of Med. CA. Went through the MM process and went very light over the decal each time. Then went the the hand polish stuff with Novus. Puts a nice shine on it.
