Here is my latest pen project. I am a part of a group Art exhibition and I decided to make a set of pens to go with the artwork. Why not take the art with you in a pen when the artwork is having in your home/office!

Title of work:

divine luminescence (the emission of light) 1 Jn 1:5-10
Acrylic on Canvas
size: 16"x20"

Pens were turned on wood and then hand painted in the same style of the artwork. There are 7 different layers of acrylic paint, each one painted and then let dry before the next one went on. The final layer was done to reflect a pallet knife style. The pens were finished with CA and then polished.

Both the artwork and pens are hanging up as a set of artwork.

Thanks for checking things out!

Jon

Thanks for the complements. Yes, first I did the painting and then tried to match the pens. It was a lot of fun to do. Challenging. It took me about 8+ hours from start to finish for these pens.
