Sorry my photos always stink(lol).These are urethane home casts that have a CA finish applied to them,one is my first worthless wood (Brown mallee scrap) the purple needed to be darker the tube showed just a little bit.What easy material to work with only down fall is the CA to get the high gloss finish.Please let me know what you think my feeling are rarely hurt.I don't post much that I make as in the last two years I have not made much trying to build a mini salvage lumber company.

I can only get a semi gloss with this type of urethane casting material.
I think that the resins need a high gloss to show any swirl/pearls that might not show well with out a high gloss.Just what I think.Thanks for the nice comments I still have a long way to go before I'm any good at this turning thing.Victor

Victor, I turned the black and purple on round and love the color and the way it turns, Now I have to figure out what kit to use and finish it, the material turns like butter.
