Joe, yes I glued up two 1" pieces of Corian for the cigar pen. This was my second cigar pen made out of corian. I used medium CA and clamped every place I could fit a clamp.

Hey Robert when I glue up corian I use a drill press vise (the flat style) available at HF seems to distribute the pressure very well all the way across the corian. Here is a link to the one I use.

Very nice pens. I like the accents you put on the top two. I really like the color of the corian pen, just like everyone else. [:)]

A question: Joe, how did you know it was two pieces glued together for the corian pen? I don't see any signs of that, so I'm just wondering what you see that clews [:D][:D] you in to that?

Angboy I can answer that for him.

Most corian comes in 1/2 thick. works fine for slimlines. Some corian is 3/4 but not many colors. Also I know whose garage he got that corian from. [:D]
