Hello all. Here are a few that I recently got done.

The first is a copper WSII with CA finished bloodwood.

The second is a black cigar with CA finished spalted maple from Landfill Lumber. This is the first spalted pen I've made and I learned the hard way that varying densities can lead to out of roundness. It can't be seen, but I can feel that it's not perfectly round any more. Oh well. I like how it looks!

The las one is a cigar with Yellow Dino Bone Tru Stone. That one was a pain to turn. It dulled my gouge like crazy when I started to turn it. After the purchase of a Woodchuck, it was turned down with ease. I think I want to disassemble it though and take it to a buffing wheel.

Thanks for the compliments!

The funny thing is that my girlfriend and most others who have seen the Dino Bone think that it's an ugly pen. I find it "attractive" in a unique weird kind of way. Regardless of what they think, that was my third Tru Stone attempt and I'm happy that I got it turned! Compared to the Wild Horse Jasper and Turquoise ones that I've turned, that Dino Bone was a nightmare. It also significantly dulled my pen mill.
