Feeling Blue

I wanted to play with some dye and have a good amount of Box Elder Burl to play with too so this is a couple of the results. They are both the same dye color but the wood shade makes a big difference. The finish is a quick slap of CA and a little buff.

The blue looks great; what kind of dye do you use?

That would be regular old grocery store bought food coloring mixed with DNA.
